Valencia Morr, MA, LCPC — Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Hi there! I’m Valencia and I’m looking forward to meeting you! Here’s a little tidbit about me: I was born and raised in Maryland and currently reside here with my family. I am a wife, a mom to twin boys, and I love plants and garden in my free time! I completed my Masters's program in Mental Health Counseling at Trinity Washington University in Washington, DC in 2014. Since then, I have worked throughout southern Maryland with school-aged children, teens, adults, and families. Throughout my experience, I have helped people utilize effective coping strategies to help manage anxiety, develop communication skills needed to set healthy boundaries, and express mental and emotional needs in relationships. I also assist people in improving self-care and self-esteem.

My therapeutic style is humanistic which focuses on building self understanding and awareness. I have a cognitive, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy and I help people develop the coping strategies needed to address and accept uncomfortable thoughts and emotions that block their paths to personal fulfillment. In 2018, I started my own psychotherapy practice, Fulfilled Path, LLC in Bowie, Maryland. In 2020, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, I decided to move my practice completely online and I now offer virtual appointments.
